焊接钢管也称焊管,是用钢板或带钢经过卷曲成型后焊接制成的钢管。焊接钢管生产工艺简单,生产效率高,品种规格多,设备资少,但一般强度低于无缝钢管。焊接钢管按焊缝的形式分为直缝焊管和螺旋焊管

Welded steel pipe, also known as welded pipe, is a steel pipe made of steel plate or strip after coiling and forming. Welded steel pipe has the advantages of simple production process, high production efficiency, many varieties and specifications and less equipment, but its general strength is lower than that of seamless steel pipe. 焊接钢管采用的坯料是钢板或带钢,因其焊接工艺不同而分为炉焊管、电焊(电阻焊)管和自动电弧焊管。因其焊接形式的不同分为直缝焊管和螺旋焊管两种。因其端部形状又分为圆形焊管和异型(方、扁等)焊管。焊管因其材质和用途不同而分为如下若干品种:

The billet used in welded steel pipe is steel plate or strip. It is divided into furnace welded pipe, electric welded pipe and automatic arc welded pipe because of different welding technology. Because of its different welding forms, it can be divided into straight welded pipe and spiral welded pipe. Because of its end shape, it can be divided into circular welded pipe and special-shaped (square, flat, etc.) welded pipe. Welded pipes can be divided into the following categories because of their different materials and uses:

GB/T3091-2001(低压流体输送用镀锌焊接钢管)。主要用于输送水、煤气、空气、油和取暖热水或蒸汽等一般较低压力流体和其它用途管。其代表材质为:Q235A级钢。

GB/T3091-2001 (Galvanized Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Conveyance). Mainly used for conveying water, gas, air, oil, heating hot water or steam and other general low pressure fluids and other purpose pipes. Its representative material is Q235A grade steel.

GB/T14291-2006(矿用流体输送焊接钢管)。主要用于矿山压风、排水、轴放瓦斯用直缝焊接钢管。其代表材质Q235A、B级钢。GB/T14980-1994(低压流体输送用大直径电焊钢管)。主要用于输送水、污水、煤气、空气、采暖蒸汽等低压流体和其它用途。其代表材质Q235A级钢。

GB/T 14291-2006 (Welded Pipe for Mine Fluid Transport). Mainly used for mine air pressure, drainage, shaft gas drainage with straight seam welded steel pipe. Its representative material is grade Q235A and B steel. GB/T 14980-1994 (Large Diameter Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Conveyance). It is mainly used for conveying low pressure fluids such as water, sewage, gas, air, heating steam and other purposes. Its representative material is grade Q235A steel.

GB/T12770-2002(机械结构用不锈钢焊接钢管)。主要用于机械、汽车、自行车、家具、宾馆和饭店装饰及其他机械部件与结构件。其代表材质0Cr13、1Cr17、00Cr19Ni11、1Cr18Ni9、0Cr18Ni11Nb等。

GB/T12770-2002 (stainless steel welded steel pipe for mechanical structure). Mainly used for machinery, automobiles, bicycles, furniture, Hotel and hotel decoration and other mechanical parts and structural parts. Its representative materials are 0Cr13, 1Cr17, 00Cr19Ni11, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, etc.

GB/T12771-1991(流体输送用不锈钢焊接钢管)。主要用于输送低压腐蚀性介质。代表材质为0Cr13、0Cr19Ni9、00Cr19Ni11、00Cr17、0Cr18Ni11Nb、0017Cr17Ni14Mo2等。

GB/T12771-1991 (stainless steel welded steel pipe for fluid transportation). Mainly used for conveying low-pressure corrosive media. The representative materials are 0Cr13, 0Cr19Ni9, 00Cr19Ni11, 00Cr17, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, 0017Cr17Ni14Mo2, etc.

另有,装饰用焊接不锈钢管(GB/T 18705-2002),建筑装饰用不锈钢焊接管材(JG/T 3030-1995),低压流体输送用大直径电焊钢管(GB/T 3091-2001),以及换热器用焊接钢管(YB4103-2000)。

直缝焊管生产工艺简单,生产效率高,成本低,发展较快。螺旋焊管的强度一般比直缝焊管高,能用较窄的坯料生产管径较大的焊管,还可以用同样宽度的坯料生产管径不同的焊管。但是与相同长度的直缝管相比,焊缝长度增加30~100%,而且生产速度较低。

Longitudinal welded pipe has the advantages of simple production process, high production efficiency, low cost and rapid development. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight welded pipe. It can produce welded pipe with bigger diameter with narrower blank, and welded pipe with different diameter can also be produced with blank of the same width. However, compared with the straight seam pipe of the same length, the length of the weld increases by 30-100%, and the production speed is lower.

因此,较小口径的焊管大都采用直缝焊,大口径焊管则大多采用螺旋焊。

Therefore, most of the smaller diameter welded pipes are welded by straight seam welding, while the larger diameter welded pipes are mostly welded by spiral welding.

补充:焊管是用带钢焊接的,所以在原来它的地位没无缝管高。

3. Spiral submerged arc welded pipe (SY5036-83) for pressure fluid transportation is a kind of spiral welded pipe, which is made of hot rolled steel strip and spirally formed at normal temperature. It is welded by double-sided submerged arc welding and used for pressure fluid transportation. Steel pipe has strong pressure bearing capacity and good welding performance. It is safe and reliable to use after various strict scientific tests and tests. The steel pipe has large diameter, high conveying efficiency and saves investment in laying pipelines. 又分为一般焊管、镀锌焊管、吹氧焊管、电线套管、公制焊管、托辊管、深井泵管、汽车用管、变压器管、电焊薄壁管、电焊异型管和螺旋焊管。
